Sheriff! Finland

YEE-HAW! This is not America without his glasses, this is one of the most feared law-upholders of the wild west... FINLAND!  

If Finland really is as good a sniper as some say he is, a sheriff is the perfect job for him. If his royal cuteness does not disarm immediately, he'll shoot your pants down from a mile away! 

The faded (soft) effect of the lines was something I learned from a book. You can duplicate the lineart and apply a gaussian blur. The effects are pretty cool, as long as you don't overdo it. The gun he's holding in front of him is the reason I'm late to submit this for the collab... Foreshortening is the bane of my existence OTL

Edit: I work on a mac. The colors on a mac are naturally much sharper than a typical laptop. I realized that when I looked at the picture on my laptop, the colors became washed out. So I changed the brightness/contrast so the colors look good on a laptop and a mac.
